Fill Your Child's 2017 With Song, Dance and Acting at Park Slope Performing Arts
Registration is now open for classes starting Jan. 3.

PARK SLOPE, BROOKLYN — Are you looking for a way to expand your child's artistic horizons? Park Slope Performing Arts, a performance and instruction space for kids and teens, is currently signing students up for its winter classes, which start on Jan. 3.
You can sign up your child on Dec. 29 from 2 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., and on Jan. 3 from 3:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. Park Slope Performing Arts is located at 135 Windsor Pl.
The space is currently offering a variety of programs, including ballet and tap dancing for kids aged 2.5 to 4, hip-hop and acrobatic dancing, musical theater, "Disney Dance and Sing," and private coaching. There's also a 10 week "Broadway to Brooklyn program," which includes a ticket to a Broadway show.

Pricing varies depending on the programming you're interested in. Registration costs $40, including a $10 costume. A thirty minute class costs $60 per month, with hour-long sessions costing $85 per month. You can also get private coaching for $40 for a 30 minute lesson, or $55 for a 45 minute lesson. "Broadway to Brooklyn" costs $400 (including the show ticket). Discounts are available for those buying multiple classes, and some scholarships are awarded each year as well.
