World Famous Park Slope Halloween Celebration

“The Park Slope Civic Council nurtures, defends, celebrates, and invigorates this community we call home”. Come Join them in their annual Park Slope Civic Council Halloween Parade. This family friendly event will head north on 7th Avenue, turn left on 3rd Street and end in J.J. Byrne Playground at the Old Stone House.
