BROOKLYN, NY — Police are looking for a man who stole nearly $3,000-worth of pants from a Brooklyn shopping mall this week.

The man stuffed 82 pairs of pants and jeans from Buy Buy Baby, a baby store inside the Liberty View Industrial Plaza mall, into a large suitcase around 1:40 p.m. on Tuesday and left without paying for them, police said. The pants cost a combined $2,882.

He was caught on surveillance video after the incident dragging the suitcase through the turnstile at the 25th Street subway station.
