No LIRR Service Available In Brooklyn This Weekend, MTA Says
Maintenance projects will suspend Long Island Rail Road service between Jamaica station and Atlantic Terminal on Feb. 13 and 14.

BROOKLYN, NY — The Long Island Rail Road won't run in Brooklyn as the MTA works on a maintenance project this weekend, transit officials announced.
The LIRR will be suspended between Jamaica station and Atlantic Terminal from 5 a.m. Saturday to 1 a.m. Sunday and between 5 a.m. Sunday and 1 a.m. Monday, officials said.
The suspension will mean straphangers won't be able to catch LIRR trains from Atlantic Terminal, Nostrand Avenue or East New York stations during this times. Subway and train service between Jamaica and Brooklyn will also be suspended 1 a.m. to 5 a.m. during the Saturday, Sunday and Monday overnight periods, officials said.

Straphangers should use bus service on the Q24 route between Jamaica and East New York or the M99 route for Nostrand Avenue and Atlantic Terminal. NYC Transit will cross-honor LIRR tickets for service to those stations, officials said.
Here's details about alternate subway service during the project, according to the MTA:
