A quick-handed barfly snatched a couple of credit cards from another patron's bag at a popular Ninth Street bar June 29.

The 23-year-old victim told police that at 3:30 a.m. the day before, she left her purse in between her and her friend while they hung out at the Dram Shop between Fifth and Sixth streets. Though the bag was at its owner's side, that did not stop another woman from snatching the contents of the bag, including the victim's debit card, credit card and checks. Cameras inside the bar captured the incident.
