Acupuncture Specialist Wants To Open Facility In Patchogue

A Long Island acupuncture specialist is looking to open location in Patchogue.

Kelly Ann Parish, who owns Alternative Approach Acupuncture & Wellness and has locations in Syosset and Sayville, wants to open a location at 235 East Main Street in Patchogue, according to the village Board of Zoning Appeals' agenda.

The zoning board will hear Parish's pitch for a special permit to open a health-related business on Wednesday.

According to her website, Parish is a licensed acupuncturist and massage therapist as well as a certified Engergetix Homeopathic therapist. She is also certified and trained in Acutron needleless acupuncture, a trained kinesiologist and expert with bio energetic testing, and certified to perform medical massage, structural integration and certified in eastern bodywork including, Amma Therapy, Tui Na and Kyojung.
