Annual Brookhaven Fair Returning to Farmingville for Four Weekends
The Brookhaven Fair returns for the 14th time to Farmingville, bringing fun, thrills and entertainment for the entire family.
May 5, 2015; Farmingville, NY –The Brookhaven Fair returns to The Pennysaver Amphitheater at Bald Hill in Farmingville for four weekends of fun, thrills and entertainment for the entire family on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Memorial Day: May 22, 23, 24 and Memorial Day, May 25; May 29, 30 and 31; June 5, 6, 7 and June 12, 13 and 14. Friday, May 22 opening night admission is $1 until 9 p.m.
After a winter of snow, wind, ice and freezing temperatures, “cabin fever” has set in. Families are anxious to get outdoors for fun and thrills. The Brookhaven Fair is the perfect place to enjoy everything that only an amusement park can offer, and it is close to home with attractions and entertainment for people of all ages unlike anything else on Long Island.
Fearless Flores, semi finalists on Americas Got Talent,will perform the amazing Globe of Death. Returning from last year will be The Banana Derby – America’s favorite monkey jockeys riding dogs and performing tricks, an exotic petting zoo, carnival games, camel and pony rides, and more than 30 thrilling amusements rides.

Strates Shows, the last great carnival that travels by train and the midway provider for the New York State Fair for over 50 years, will bring its line-up of spectacular rides including the Wave Swinger, Giant Wheel and Swing Tower.
Back by popular demand is the Lance Gifford Magic and Illusion Show. This award winning act plays to a packed house at the Fair each year and features spectacular stage illusions, along with magical feats that no one’s eyes will believe. Do not miss the amazing Las Vegas-style Hypnotist Show that always astounds crowds as audience volunteers are put into a deep sleep and respond to commands to perform hilarious acts.

Families can visit the free petting zoo where dozens of exotic animals can be better appreciated with an up-close-and-personal look. Enjoy the fun of camel and pony rides.
There will be music and spectacular free fireworkson Sunday, May 24, Saturday, May 30, June 6 and June 13.

The Brookhaven Fair is a family-friendly event; gates open at 5 p.m. on Fridays and noon on weekend days and Memorial Day. New admission policy: after 9 p.m. children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult with government issued ID. Fair closes at midnight.
