The Cookie Shop LI Opening Pop-Up Store In Patchogue

The Cookie Shop LI, an online custom bakery, is opening a pop-up shop in Patchogue on Aug. 14.

The shop will be at Thred NY, a contemporary women's clothing boutique at 7 Village Green in Patchogue.

The pop-up store will be open at 7 p.m.

The Cookie Shop LI was started by Stephanie Knorzer, the chef and owner, who said she has "always had a passion for simplicity and attention to detail."

"I believe in using high quality ingredients with a focus on a balance in flavors," she said. "I allow those ingredients to speak for themselves, so-to-say, producing the epitome of what a cookie is expected to taste like. After years of hard work, and lots of taste testing, I have finally perfected my cookie recipes."
