Duo Charged In Connection To East Patchogue Killing: Police
The man and woman were charged on Monday in connection to the murder of a man found dead at Maple Tree Apartments in August, police said.
EAST PATCHOGUE, NY — Two people were arrested on Monday in connection to an East Patchogue murder last August, Suffolk County police said.
In August, 52-year-old Earle Foster was found dead of an apparent gunshot wound in the courtyard of Maple Tree Apartments, on Maple Avenue, police said.
Brooke Jackson, 41, and Umar A. El-Quhir Sr., 43, both of Mastic, were both charged with second degree murder in connection to the killing, police said.

Jackson will be held at the fourth precinct and El-Quhir Sr. will be held at the fifth precinct, police said. Both are scheduled for arraignment at First District Court in Central Islip on Tuesday.
