The 50-unit building will include a mix of studios, one- and two-bedroom residences, according to the Cornerstone Patchogue website.

Plans also include replacing the property’s current 1,200 square-foot marina building with a modern clubhouse for marina patrons with showers, rooftop deck and amenities. Residents of the complex will have the right of first refusal for rental of the marina’s 55 boat slips.

Other amenities of the complex will include a roof top lounge and barbecue, a modern fitness studio, private parking and more.

"Feedback from the community has been incorporated throughout the review process to ensure," the website reads. "The Cornerstone is a good neighbor, and the current revised proposal has addressed every single concern raised by the Planning Board."
