Kranepool of the ‘69 Mets to Speak at Bayport-Blue Point Library
"Steady Eddie" to recount his 17-year career with the "Miracle Mets"

New York Mets Hall of Famer Ed Kranepool will recount his seventeen-year career as a member of the Mets this Thursday, October 10, 2019, 7:00pm to 8:30pm at the Bayport-Blue Point Library.
Kranepool was an All-Star player in 1965, but it was the 1969 World Series championship season – the year of the “Miracle Mets” – when Kranepool earned the nickname “Steady Eddie.”
