New Eatery Opens In Patchogue

PATCHOGUE, NY - A new eatery officially opened in Patchogue recently. Bird & Bao cafe started serving customers at its new location on 58 South Ocean Avenue last month.
The small menu includes a variety of bao buns including the original, which contains crispy chicken, chili mayo, cabbage, coriander and peanut as well as the Patchog which contains pork belly, pickled mustard greens , coriander and peanut.
Customers can also choose the "birdbox" which is a combo of two baos, fries and a drink for $15.

The business is open from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday and from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Sundays.
