North Patchogue Teen Returns Home

Tommy Spoitta gets to come home and says he just wants to see his family and friends.

Welcome Home Tommy....

Welcome home Tommy.
Oh my God whats everyone doing here.

On August 27, 2019 Tommy gets discharged from Stonybrook Pediatric Center. After undergoing several very long and dangerous surgerys along with all the other traumatic experiences he had to go through to save his life his wish to come home and be with his family and friends was seen. Unbeknownst to Tommy as he was wheeled out he saw many family and friends along with several fire departments lined up outside waiting his arrival clapping and yelling to Tommy as his Doctor and Family wheeled him out the doors. We where all overjoyed that after all he had to endure at his age he was able to come home. We brought engine 4 Tommy's favorite for his ride home and he couldn't have been happier we are so glad to have him back were he belongs. Tommy still has a road to go to full recovery and we are keeping him in our prayers for as long as it might take.

We wish to Thank everyone for there ongoing support and prayers and also the Stonybrook Children's Center for everything they have done and for the care they are still providing for our personal Angel Tommy Spoitta. #tommystrong #checkme
