Patchogue Family YMCA Holds "Sunday is Fun-Day" Event

WHAT: Patchogue YMCA will host a “Sunday is Fun-Day” event, a fun and active day filled with group exercise, recreational activities and healthy refreshments for the entire family to enjoy. The entire community is invited to participate in these activities in an effort to promote healthy lifestyles among all ages.

Activities throughout the day include Family Zumba, recreational gym, rock climbing, ping pong and air hockey. Children will also be able to play on the YMCA’s large playscape in the lobby called the Adventure Zone. The indoor jungle gym was created for families with children of all ages, allowing them to climb, jump, slide and receive the physical activities they need in a safe environment. The event will be offered at all branches of the YMCA of Long Island.

COST: Free to all. Membership not required.
