Patchogue's Midnight On Main Street To Go Virtual This Year
Check out what you need to know before the popular New Year's Eve celebration taking place this week.
PATCHOGUE, NY — This year the popular Midnight on Main Street event will be returning once again — with some changes due to the coronavirus pandemic.
For the past five years, the family-friendly New Year's Eve celebration took place in downtown Patchogue and typically featured a fireworks display from Grucci, as well as a DJ playing music throughout the party. However this year for the first time, the event will be virtual.
Guests can tune into the Greater Patchogue Chamber Of Chamber Facebook live to join the party online from 8:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.

The virtual event will showcase scenes from past Midnight on Main Street events, including behind the scenes footage, and some special messages from Patchogue Community Leaders.
