Police ID Pedestrian Killed In East Patchogue Hit-And-Run
The 27-year-old was fatally struck by a car that left the scene Thursday morning, police said.
EAST PATCHOGUE, NY — Suffolk police released the identity on Friday of the pedestrian who was killed in a hit-and-run crash Thursday.
Joseph Logue, 27, of Bellport, was on the entrance ramp to eastbound Sunrise Highway, east of Hospital Road, at 6 a.m. when he was struck by a car that fled, police said.
He was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
