Space Available In Patchogue-Medford's Universal Pre-K Program

The Patchogue-Medford School District announced that space is available in its 2019-2020 Universal Pre-Kindergarten program.

The pre-K program is for any child who resides in the school district and is 4 on or before Dec. 1 2019.

Children must attend all five days for the entire school year for 2 1/2 hours per week, according to the district.

Transportation is not provided for students in the program.

To register, the district requires a birth certificate, doctor's verified proof of immunization, proof of residence and proof of lead poisoning testing.
