Patchogue Village Board of Trustees Meeting
The Village Board of Trustees will meet Tuesday at Patchogue Village Hall, 14 Baker St. in Patchogue. Meeting starts at 6 p.m.
Live Music: Acoustic Duets
Mix and match duets with performers Leah Kay, Cindy Lopez, Mike Costello, Jim Fleming and potentially other performers will take place at Plaza Cinema & Media Arts Center Tuesday from 7 p.m.-9 p.m. Tickets cost $10.
Cops Nab Reckless Motorcyclists on Expressway
Suffolk County Police on Monday arrested seven motorcyclists from across the region after they tore through the Long Island Expressway, speeding and weaving through traffic for more than 10 exits.
Cops eventually pulled them over on the Farmingville-Medford border, near exit 63, after two motorists called 911 to report he riders' reckless driving on the eastern lane of the highway.
According to police, a highway patrol officer responded and followed the group for 10 exits. When the group reached Exit 63, a second police car pulled in front and stopped the riders.
E. Patchogue Chimney Fire On Litt Street
A fire took place on Litt St. in East Patchogue Sunday night, Suffolk County police told Patch.
Police say the fire was called into police at 9 p.m., and Hagerman Fire Department responded. Police say it is a non-criminal fire, and no other information is available.
That Meetball Place Coming To PatchogueThe former Pura Vida Burrito Company and Jzanus Home Care locations in Patchogue Village are soon to become one location called "That Meetball Place."
The 54 W. Main St. and 52 W. Main St locations have recently had their former signs taken down with a new "Coming soon" sign for the location.
