July 4 is almost here, so it's time to find out what Fourth of July fireworks and festivities are going on near you.

Westlake's July 4 Festivities
What: Westlake Fireworks and Parade
Where: Clague Park
When: 1 p.m. on July 4 (parade); fireworks begin at dusk

The parade will begin after 1 p.m. so as not to conflict with Sunday religious services. It will depart from Burneson Middle School on Dover Center Road before proceeding onto Hilliard Blvd. and traveling east to Clague Park.
Balloon artists and face painters will be available for children starting at 2 p.m. Musical entertainment, food trucks and drink vendors will arrive at 4 p.m. Fireworks begin at dusk.

Where: Weiss Park, 33401 Webber Road, Avon Lake
When: 6 p.m. start
Musical performances and food trucks will help Avon Lake residents celebrate Independence Day, during the city's annual holiday fireworks show.
Music by Anne E. DeChant (6 p.m. to 8 p.m.) and The Spazmatics (8 p.m. to 10 p.m.). Jones Bones BBQ, Nelly Belly, Kona Ice and Cathy's Cle will all be on hand to sate appetites.
