Free Summer Concerts Coming To Westlake

This year's slate includes cover bands of Steely Dan, Jimmy Buffet, Bruce Springsteen, and the Eagles.

WESTLAKE, OH — There's no better way to spend a long summer night than unwinding with free music being played beneath the clear blue sky or shiny bright stars. For Westlake residents, the city is offering the chance to do just that, get out and enjoy some free jams during the Westlake Summer Concert Series.

From June 18 through August 13, a variety of family-friendly bands will bust out the tunes at the Westlake Recreation Center Pavilion. Concerts will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets or lawn chairs to sit out on.

  • June 18 – Paradise Sunset (From Jimmy Buffet to the Blues Brothers)
  • June 25 – ReBeats (The “What If” show)
  • July 9 – Jersey (Bruce Springsteen Tribute Band)
  • July 16 – The Stockdale Family Band (Bluegrass)
  • July 23 – Chardon Polka Band
  • July 30 – Fastlane (Eagles Tribute Band)
  • August 6 – FM Project (Steely Dan Tribute Band)
  • August 13 – Smokin’ Fez Monkeys (Rock Mix/original tunes)
