Gas Prices Slowly Going Down

Once again, gas prices fall much more slowly than they rise.

Ahead of Hurricane Isaac, shot up as much as 35 cents a gallon in one day. They got as high as $3.95 a gallon at the and stations at the Bradley-Detroit intersection.

Since then, prices have been going back down. Thursday afternoon, the  at Center Ridge and Dover Center Roads had regular unleaded gas for $3.74 a gallon.

According to GasBuddy.com, gas prices will continue to fall slowly through September and October as the higher summer demand goes away and refineries impacted by Isaac resume production.
