Halloween trick-or-treating will be held Oct. 31 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Parents must be present during the event," said a spokesperson for the city. The fall festival is free and open to the public.
There are only a few spots left for the pumpkin hunt and pre-registration is required. Spots are $3 for residents and $4 for non-residents.
