Hello Kitty Cafe Truck Coming To Northeast Ohio

One of the nation's two Hello Kitty trucks will make a rare Northeast Ohio visit on Saturday.

WESTLAKE, OH — The Hello Kitty Cafe Truck will make a rare stop in Northeast Ohio on Saturday.

There are two Hello Kitty trucks in operation, one roaming the east coast and one on the west coast. On Saturday, one truck will roll into Crocker Park in Westlake as part of the 2021 East Coast tour.

The truck will be parked near Nordstrom Rack and Regal Cinemas from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

During its short stay in Cleveland, Hello Kitty fans can get their hands on exclusive merchandise, including: a new pink Hello Kitty Cafe T-shirt, a new stainless rainbow thermos, a new Hello kitty Cafe cookie plush, a hand-decorated cookie set, sprinkle mugs, enamel pins, Madeleine cookie sets, and Hello Kitty Cafe canvas totes.

Other best-selling merchandise includes bow-shaped water bottles and giant Hello Kitty Cafe chef cookies.

Due to COVID-19, the truck now follows several health and safety protocols.

  • Staff will wear masks and gloves inside the truck.
  • Stanchions and social-distancing markers will be placed on the ground to encourage proper distancing for guests in line.
  • Counters will be wiped down with disinfectant every 30 minutes.
  • POS and payment readers will be wiped down every 30 minutes.
  • Hand sanitizer will be provided.
  • Contactless/cashless transactions.
