Launch Workplaces To Open In Crocker Park In 2021

WESTLAKE, OH — Launch Workplaces will bring their unique work environment to Crocker Park in 2021.

Stark Enterprises, which operates Crocker and Eton Chagrin Boulevard in Woodmere, announced its partnership with Launch this week. The company will provide private offices and cubicles, large meeting rooms and collaborative lounges to entrepreneurs, small businesses and satellite teams.

“The concept is truly looking ahead into the future and realizing what professionals and small businesses need to be successful,” said Stacie Schmidt, vice president for Stark. “We saw the need for new office space advancement- and saw companies seeing the need for flexible work space in the rise of remote working and evaluating what spaces deliver success. Launch reinforces that need for flexible space, and we are thrilled to complement our mixed-use environments with their work spaces.”

Launch will be opening spaces in Crocker Park and Eton Chagrin Boulevard in 2021. The Crocker space is 14,558 square feet, while the Eton space is 10,966 square feet.
