Memorial Day 2019 In Westlake: Parade, Trash Collection
Here's everything you need to know to prepare for the holiday weekend.
WESTLAKE, OH - The annual Westlake Memorial Day parade will be held Monday at 10 a.m. The event will depart from Saints Peter & George Coptic Orthodox Church on Hilliard Boulevard and proceed to Clague Park.
The event is organized by the Westlake Kiwanis Club. Once the parade arrives in Clague Park, a ceremony will be held honoring veterans that gave their lives in service of their nation.
Due to the holiday, Westlake and Rumpke Waste will delay brush, trash and recycling collection by one day for the week of May 27. The delay will affect all routes throughout the city.
