Westlake Trick or Treat Rescheduled

Westlake waited for awhile, but city officials have decided to postpone Wednesday’s trick or treat time and reschedule it for Sunday. 

According to the city’s website, trick or treat will now be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 4. 

The West Shore Sun reports that the change is to make sure children and families are safe while trick or treating after the damage caused by Hurricane Sandy.

This move is sure to please Westlake Patch commenters who were upset that the city was keeping its Wednesday trick or treat time.
