Big plans to create a pod on an empty lot at the corner of Southwest Millikan and Rose Biggi.
In a release, city officials said the site was selected because "it will be a catalyst in a growing area near light rail, and because the property will accommodate a large number of carts to create an attraction in the area."

The grant will reimburse Biggi for up to $25,000 spent on things like predevelopment and construction related costs in developing the pod.
No word yet on when the pod will be able to open.
