Teen Strippers - One of Whom Was Prostituted - Sue Club

The teens seek $4 million each. The suit comes on top of one filed by the state on their behalf.

Two teenage girls are suing Stars Cabaret for $4 million each.

The girls - one of whom was prostituted to customers with profits being split between her pimp and the club's manager - filed the suit last week in Washington County Court.

The suits were first reported by The Oregonian.

The other girl was 15-years-old when she was hired to dance at the club.

The club's former manager - Steven Toth - was later convicted of compelling prostitution, sex abuse and sodomy.

The club is also the subject of a civil rights suit by State Labor Commissioner Brad Avakian, who is also seeking $4 million on behalf of each of the two dancers.

As Patch reported in the spring, the club is in the process of being sold to a California-based chain of strip clubs.

The Oregon Liquor Control Commission last month announced the owner of the club will give up its liquor license when the sale is finalized or on August 1st, whichever comes first.
