248 Pet Adoptions In Oregon Last Week: Humane Society
Eighty-one cats and dogs found new homes last week, and tons more.

OREGON — Hundreds of pets found new homes last week in Oregon thanks to the work of the Oregon Humane Society. The Humane Society posted the numbers, along with some adorable photos, on their Facebook page Tuesday.
"Congratulations to the 248 #ohspets adopted last week!" the post said. The adoptions included 81 cats and dogs.
Sophie, an 11-year-old Shih Tzu and Maltese mix with an underbite, was among the animals with new homes.
