Located in Portland's Pearl District, First Thursday features renown galleries such as Blackfish Gallery, PDX Contemporary Art and Elizabeth Leach Gallery.

Time Based Art Festival (TBA)

The Time Based Art Festival is a 10-day event hosted by PICA that features a combination of visual and performance art elements. From screenings to dance. it's a holistic artistic experience unique to Portland.

The 21st Annual Belmont Street Fair is September 10, 2016 from 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. on SE Belmont Street in Portland, Oregon between SE 33rd and SE 39th. SE Belmont Street from 33rd to 39th will be closed to car traffic and filled with the lively sights that can only be seen on Belmont. The event features live music, beer gardens, over 200 vendors with great food and shopping and kids area with bounce house. The intersection of 34th and Belmont transforms in to our very own grassy ‘Central Park’ courtesy of the Sunnyside Neighborhood.
