Elton John Farewell Tour In Portland Saturday, Tickets Avaliable

PORTLAND, OR – You spend more than 50 years traveling down the Yellow Brick Road, you also might find that it's time to say farewell. Since last year, Elton John has been traveling the world, bringing his "Farewell Yellow Brick Road" tour with him

By the time it ends in 2021, he will have performed more than 300 times on five continents.

This Saturday night, he will be at the Moda Center, bringing his tour to Portland one last time.

While this is his final tour, John promises a good show, letting people know that he's working hard for them.

"Performing live fuels me and I’m ecstatic and humbled to continue to play to audiences across the globe," John said in a release when he announced the tour. "I plan to bring the passion and creativity that has entertained my fans for decades to my final tour."

Once the tour ends, John says he plans to take it a little easier and spend some more time with his family.

"After the tour finishes, I’m very much looking forward to closing off that chapter of my life by saying farewell to life on the road," John says.

"I need to dedicate more time to raising my children."
