Multnomah Sheriff's Deputies Rescue 4-Week-Old Puppy

The 4-week-old puppy – named "Willard" by the deputies – is being cared for by the Oregon Humane Society.

PORTLAND, OR – He was cold and hungry. He was tied up outside.

Detective Holly Quick and her partner decided to name the dog, "Willard."

They brought him to the Oregon Humane Society, which found hima foster home.
