Portland Forecast: Blue Skies Gonna Clear Up, Rain's Coming Back
Forecasters from the National Weather Service's Portland office says rain is headed back and there could be an inch by the end of the night.

PORTLAND, OR – Don't be fooled by the blue skies. They certainly have made the better part of the past two days look nice, like suddenly the Portland area had passed through winter and made it safely to spring.
It's been warm, it's been nice. It's given people a little hope – and maybe a little concern that this is not a typical December.
The sad news is that Thursday will bring the rain back.

The temperature should reach a high of 53 on Thursday with a low around 38.
Friday will bring bluer skies and a high of about 45 degrees.
