Portland Police Hunt Hit And Run Driver Who Struck Pedestrian
Portland Police say that just before 4 a.m on Thursday a driver struck a pedestrian and fled. The pedestrian was seriously injured.

PORTLAND, OR – It's not a lot to go on but Portland Police hope that someone knows something about a dark-colored sedan that hit a pedestrian early Thursday morning. It happened around 3:30 a.m..
Police say that officers responded to Northeast 19th Avenue and Sandy Boulevard after getting a report that a pedestrian had been hit and the driver kept going.
They found a man on the ground.

He was rushed to the hospital with what police say are believed to be serious injuries.

The crash closed Northeast 109th for about one hour.
