PORTLAND, OR – The Portland Public Schools board voted unanimously that time's up for Trillium Charter School. The board voted Tuesday night to revoke Trillium's charter.

The school, in North Portland, has seen test scores and enrollment decline in recent years.

The move came at an emotional meeting where parents acknowledged that the school has had troubles but say they are getting things on the right path.

The state has strict accountability standards for charter schools and Trillium was not making the cut.

Board members said that they will work with parents to find new schools for the students.
