Victim Identified In North Portland Murder Investigation: Police

PORTLAND, OR - The victim in a North Portland murder investigation has been identified as 29-year-old Dallas Boyd of Portland, police said.

On Friday, police found her body during a search of the 5300 block of N. Lombard Street. Police said a resident contacted them in the neigborhood on Friday afternoon and told them about the possible death.

Terry Hickman, 58, has been arrested in connection with Boyd's death. He is being held at the Multnomah County Jail on a murder charge.
