Bensalem Township's Annual Fall Festival, Car Show Return Oct. 2

"We're really looking forward to it. It's really, really great news for all of us," Mayor Joseph DiGirolamo said.

BENSALEM, PA — The coronavirus pandemic may have canceled last year's fall festival in Bensalem Township, but this year the fun-filled event will make its return, Mayor Joseph DiGirolamo confirmed.

"We're really looking forward to it. It's really, really great news for all of us. As you know we missed last year. It's all on for this year, so we look forward to seeing you there," the mayor said via a video message to residents.

The festival will take place Saturday, Oct. 2 from 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Bensalem Township Municipal Complex, which is at 2400 Byberry Rd.

The "Best of Show" trophy, "Mayor's Choice" trophy, "Top 25 Plate" trophies and dash plaques will be given to the first 100 entries. Participants will also be treated to coffee and doughnuts.
