Billy Idol, Steve Stevens To Go Unplugged At Parx (ICYMI)

BENSALEM, PA — Rocker Billy Idol, along with longtime guitarist Steve Stevens, will be taking the stage at Parx Casino as part of a special, unplugged tour.

The pair's Tuned In and Unplugged Duo Tour hits the Xcite Center at Parx on Saturday, March 30. Tickets run from $45-85. The show is at 8 p.m., with doors open one hour ahead of time.

Idol and Stevens have teamed up for years, blending punk, rockabilly and pop music on hits like "Rebel Yell," "White Wedding," "Dancing With Myself," "Eyes Without a Face," "Flesh For Fantasy," "Cradle of Love" and more.

The duo tour promises fans a chance to hear those hits, plus deeper album cuts, in a new and intimate setting, along with Idol's story-telling in between songs, adding color to the stories behind the songs.

The duo's North American tour begins on March 3 at the Vogue Theatre in Vancouver, BC and includes dates at San Francisco's Palace of Fine Arts, Los Angeles' Theater at The Ace Hotel and New York's Town Hall.

Along with Stevens, Idol emerged from the punk scene to become one of MTV's first mega-stars. He has sold 40 million albums, charting nine Top 40 singles in the United States and 10 in the United Kingdom.

Stevens, meanwhile, is considered one of the most versatile guitarists and songwriters to emerge from the '80s rock scene, with influences ranging from classic rock to flamenco. In addition to his career as Idol's side man, Stevens has worked with artists including Michael Jackson, Robert Palmer, Joni Mitchell and Pink. He won a Grammy award for his work on the anthem from "Top Gun" and his songs can be heard on countless soundtracks.
