Brown Avenue/Dunksferry Road To Close Next Week

In Bensalem, the closure next week will be so crews can repair a pipe.

BENSALEM, PA — Brown Avenue and Dunksferry Road in Bensalem will be closed and detoured next week so crews can replace a pipe.

PennDOT announced the work will be happened from 7 a.m.-3 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 21. The closure will be between Hulmeville Road and Knights Road.

During the closure, drivers on Brown Avenue/Dunksferry Road will be directed to take Rt. 513 (Hulmeville Road), Street Road and Knights Road.

Local access will be maintained up to the construction zone. The work schedule is depending on the weather and subject to change, PennDOT said.
