Carnival Worker Accused of Allegedly Filming Up Skirt of Shopper at Bensalem Boscov's

A Florida man was arrested Thursday for allegedly using his cellphone to film up the skirt of a shopper at the Bensalem Boscov’s department store, according to The Bucks County Courier Times.

The report states that a store employee monitoring the security cameras allegedly saw Richard Alan Griffin, 34, use his cellphone under the skirt of an unsuspecting shopper. Griffin was later found at the nearby Dreamland Carnival location, where he works.

According to the report, Bensalem Police said that Griffin admitted to filming up the skirt of the shopper. After being arraigned, Griffin was sent to Bucks County Prison.
