Citizens Bank celebrates newly remodeled branch

Dec. 16 festivities include an appearance by the Phillie Phanatic, giveaways, donation to Somerton Interfaith Food Bank

PHILADELPHIA – Citizens Bank will hold a grand re-opening on Saturday, Dec. 16, to celebrate its newly remodeled branch inside the ACME Markets located at 3200-92 Red Lion Road in Philadelphia at the Academy Shopping Center.

Citizens has 29 branches located inside ACME Markets, underscoring its commitment to providing customers options that let them bank when, where and how they prefer. The celebration will occur from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and will feature activities for children and adults as well as a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

“With the prevalence of online and mobile banking, we want to make sure when our customers are at a branch they are having meaningful advice-based conversations with our knowledgeable colleagues,” said Daniel K. Fitzpatrick, President, Citizens Bank, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. “Our goal is to provide customers with tailored advice, ideas and solutions so we can help them reach their potential.”
