Dr. Alan Atlas will present "The What, How & Why on Adhesion and Posterior Composites - Evidenced Based Protocols for Superior Results" on Wednesday, November 6th beginning at 6pm.
The event will be held at a unique venue located at 46 Blacksmith Drive, Newtown, PA.

All donations benefit HealthLink Dental Clinic, a free dental clinic for the workign poor and military veterans living in Bucks County and Montgomery County.

Seminar Description
There are key fundamental concepts that will determine the long-term favorable outcome of direct composite resin restorations. This course will provide a current scientific update of adhesive systems and direct esthetic materials with indication of which systems and composite materials to utilize for specific cavity preparations. Evidenced-based step-by-step protocols for preparation, placement and finishing techniques to achieve precise margins, consistent contacts and eliminate post-operative sensitivity will be demonstrated with the Dental Microscope HD Video.

- Describe the optimal adhesives and materials for specific cavity preparations
- Utilize simplified protocols for preparation, placement and finishing
- Achieve precise margins, consistent contacts and eliminate post operative sensitivity
- Utilize CaMBRA and other risk assessment tools to extend survival of adhesive restorations
Speaker
Dr. Alan Atlas maintains a full time private practice dedicated to esthetic and comprehensive restorative dentistry located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Alan Atlas received his D.M.D degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and currently serves there as Clinical Professor in the Department of Endodontics and the Department of Preventive/Restorative Sciences. He is Director of the Endodontic-Restorative Microscopy and Technology Clinic at Penn Dental Medicine teaching student’s precision restorative dentistry utilizing the dental microscope and digital technologies. Dr. Atlas is actively involved in the development and integration of research studies for dental materials, ceramics and dental implants. His presentations span worldwide including China, Africa, Australia, Middle East, Japan, Korea and Europe.
