Developer Purchases Huge Bensalem Campus
J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc., a developer based in New Jersey, has acquired a 46-acre industrial Bucks County development.
BENSALEM, PA — A local developer has acquired the former Suez Water Technologies & Solutions Campus, REBusiness Online reported Tuesday.
According to the report, J.G. Petrucci Company plans to demolish and redevelop much of the campus.
Suez Water Technologies & Solutions will continue to lease 93,000 square feet of property on the 12-building campus. RLS USA Inc. will lease 20,000 square feet of research and development space.
