Double-Lane Closings This Week On I-95 In Bucks Co.

This week's closures are for some of the final work on the $36.6 million project.

BENSALEM, PA — Two lanes will be closed on Interstate 95 southbound during evenings and overnight in Bucks County this week as PennDOT crews work on road repairs.

The double-lane closures are set for 7 p.m.-5 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 3, through Thursday, Dec. 5.

They'll be between the Rt. 413 (Bristol) and Street Road (Rt. 132) interchanges on I-95.

Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and slowdowns are expected.

The closures will be for work on a project to repair and resurface 13 miles of I-95 and I-295 in Bensalem, Bristol, Middletown and Lower Makefield townships, according to PennDOT.
