Express E-ZPass Lane On Turnpike In Bensalem To Close Friday
The overnight closure will be for maintenance work. E-ZPass drivers will have to use the regular E-ZPass lanes.
BENSALEM, PA — The express E-ZPass Lane eastbound on the Pennsylvania Turnpike at the Neshaminy Falls interchange will be closed Friday night for maintenance work.
The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission warned motorists to be prepared for slow-moving or stopped traffic at the interchange in Bensalem. The express lane, which allows drivers to keep moving at highway speeds, will be closed from 10 p.m. Friday through 6 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 16.
Drivers still will be able to use the regular E-ZPass lanes to the right of the toll plaza, the commission said. The conventional lanes have a posted speed limit of 5 m.p.h.
