Free Meals This Summer In Bensalem School District

BENSALEM, PA — Bensalem Township School District’s Food Service Department is providing free breakfasts and lunches to kids between the ages of one and 18 this summer. The program started on Monday and will continue through Thursday, Aug. 12.

The district is sponsoring the Summer Food Service Program, a federally-funded nutrition program, to provide completely free, healthy meals to children in the community. No application is necessary. All children are invited to pick up these nutritious, yummy meals from a school district location — or even receive them on the “Owls on the Go” bus route.
