Giant Opening New Gas Station In Bensalem

BENSALEM, PA — Bensalem residents will soon have a new option when looking to fill up the tank.

Giant will be opening a new fuel station at its location at 2721 Street Rd. It will open at 8 a.m. on Friday.

There will be eight gas pumps at the station, near the intersection with Mechanicsville Road. A driveway connecting the Giant parking lot with the neighboring Street Road Plaza shopping center has been added, as has a pedestrian crosswalk between the two centers.

Bensalem Township Council approved plans for the gas station last year.

Giant customers can get cheaper gas by using Giant Choice Rewards points. They'll earn one point for every dollar spent on qualifying purchases and can redeem 100 points for a 10-cents-per-gallon discount on up to 25 gallons of gas.
