BENSALEM, PA — It may not be Halloween yet, but Santa's little helpers in Bensalem already are hard at work.

Township officials have announced how kids can send their letters to Santa in the township, as well as plans for Bensalem's annual tree lighting. Santa letters can be addressed to "Santa Claus, North Pole," c/o Bensalem Parks and Recreation Department, 2400 Byberry Rd., Bensalem, PA, 19020.

The letters can also be dropped off at Santa's mailbox outside the Parks and Recreation office at that address. The letters should include the child's name, age and address. All letters to Santa must be received by Dec. 9 to give enough time to get a response before Christmas.
