Local Man Allegedly Uses Fake Prescription at New Jersey Pharmacy

He obtained oxycodone from Walgreens in Freehold Township by falsely presenting himself as a physicians assistant.

arrested a man from Bensalem who allegedly pretended to be a physicians assistant in order to get oxycodone from a local pharmacy.

James Shetzline, 42, allegedly used a fake Pennsylvania driver’s license and a false prescription on Sunday, June 10 at the in Freehold Township.

Shetzline is charged with attempting to obtain a controlled dangerous substance and two counts of forgery: using a fraudulent prescription; and using a fraudulent driver’s license.

His bail is set at $50,000. He is scheduled to appear in court on June 12 at 8:00 a.m.
