Lower Bucks SEPTA Riders Can Reach Late Night Shifts With New App

SEPTA and the transit tech company Via have piloted SEPTA Owl Link, a connecting bus service available between 10:30 p.m. and 6 a.m.

LOWER BUCKS COUNTY, PA — After-hours commuters to Levittown and Bensalem can now use a new SEPTA app to get a ride from the end of the line to a drop-off station near their employer. Available 7 days a week between 10:30 p.m. and 6 a.m., the service is free of additional charge.

The app is called SEPTA Owl Link, and it currently serves riders at the end of bus routes 14, 56, and 66 by acting as a connector to large area employers. Users need only reserve 30 minutes in advance, via the app or by calling 215-580-7114.

This pilot service is a collaboration between the transit authority and the transit tech company Via, addressing the need to stimulate job growth in the area.
